株式会社VIDA Corporation（代表取締役社長：杉本大）は、日本産農林水産物・食品の輸出拡大と海外における日本食・食文化の普及を図るため、平成30年度から本年度まで継続して、農林水産省補助事業「日本人日本食料理人の海外展開支援事業」を実施しております。
本事業では、海外展開を担う日本人の日本食料理人を育成することを目的として、海外展開に必要な知識等を得るためのセミナーや研修を実施しているところです。

VIDA Corporation（Representative Director：Dai Sugimoto）is implementing the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries subsidy project ”Overseas expansion support project for Japanese nationality chefs” since 2018, to expand exports of Japanese agriculture, forestry and fishery products and foods and spreading Japanese food and food culture overseas.
The aim of this project is to train Japanese nationality chefs who will be responsible for overseas expansion and hold seminars and training for the chefs to acquire the knowledge required.

今般、この取組の一環として、本事業を活用し海外展開を目指す日本人の料理人と、海外の日本産食材サポーター店の皆様とのマッチングを以下【１】、【２】により実施したいと考えております。
As part of this initiative, we would like to utilize this project for matching Japanese nationality chefs who are aiming to expand overseas with Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporter Stores overseas by 【1】 and 【2】below.
